Dr. Jess Page, Chartered Clinical Psychologist, providing compassionate therapy services in Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire

About Dr. Jess Page

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience working in NHS mental health services. I work with adults and with young people aged 8 and over, and have supported people with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and shaped by what each person is looking for from therapy. I aim to help people make sense of their emotional experiences and recognise patterns that may be contributing to distress. I support people to manage the challenges they're facing and work towards meaningful changes in their day-to-day lives.

Therapy & Support

Therapy provides a space to reflect on what's feeling difficult and to think about experiences in a new way. It can help with growing emotional insight, strengthening coping strategies, and creating space for change.

My approach

I aim to bring warmth, curiosity, and flexibility to the work, adapting therapy to suit each person's needs.

Sessions are collaborative and guided by each individual's goals, preferences, and pace.

Flexible sessions

Sessions last up to 50 minutes and are offered both online and in person.

The number and frequency of sessions is flexible, depending on the individual's goals and what feels most helpful.

Evidence-based

My approach is grounded in psychological theory and research.

I draw on models such as CBT, ACT, and CFT, depending on what best fits the individual and their difficulties.
